Harindra Singh laid the foundation of the country’s largest and one of its kind entertainment, media, communications conglomerate on Jan 2, 1984 when ‘Percept’ came into being as a full service advertising agency. Today, Percept is recognised as one of the leaders in the entertainment, media and communications domain.
Harindra is the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of Percept Limited. Today, Percept has a team of 1200 people across 62 offices in India and the Middle East; and capitalized billings of about INR 26.16 billion (FY’09).
Having begun his career in 1980 at Interads, one of the top 10 advertising agencies then, he rose from being a Management Trainee to a Regional Manager. Backed by a Bachelors’ Degree in Science, a Diploma in Hotel Management as well as Advertising & Public Relations, from the University of Mumbai, Harindra today, is regarded as one of the thought leaders in the field of marketing communications.
Harindra is Director on the Board of several Advertising, Media, Entertainment and Hospitality companies and is a key industry spokesperson in the Entertainment, Media and Communications domain. He has featured as a speaker on various industry forums.
Harindra has been instrumental in making Percept a truly global organisation. He led the Percept partnership with Aegis Group plc, a leading media company globally, with brands like Carat, Posterscope, Isobar, Vizium, amongst others; and with Hakuhodo Inc, the 8th largest advertising agency worldwide and the 2nd largest in Japan.
As the Founder-Promoter of Percept, it was his vision to build an indigenous organisation with global imprints. With network offices across 19 countries worldwide including USA, UK, Japan and the Middle East, Percept is well on its way to being a globally competitive player in the entertainment, media and communications industry. He has played a key role in mapping out the growth strategy of Percept though the M&A route that brought in immense value into the business. Alok Kejriwal CEO and Co-Founder of Games2Win
Alok Kejriwal is a new media serial entrepreneur who specializes in launching digital start up’s and making them profitable. He has been successful in building ventures in India, China and the US.
His mobile venture in China – mobile2win was the one of the first in China in 2001 to offer mobile competitions and promotions by pioneering a television to mobile interactive platform. The company was written up as a case study in Stanford Business School and was acquired by the Walt Disney Company in 2006. In India, Alok created contests2win – an advergaming pioneer that is one of the best-known Internet brands in the country.
Alok co-founded Games2win in 2007, as a new age online games company that specializes in creating entertaining flash games. Games2win has created over 350 original flash games that are played on games2win.com, on social media sites as well as thousands of long-tail sites. In just about two years of launch, games2win is amongst the top twenty gaming businesses in the US (and world) as ranked by comScore (may 09 data).
Alok has successfully raised venture capital from some of the world’s leading VC’s such as Softbank China, Siemens Acceleration, Clearstone Venture Partners and Silicon Valley Bank. His exits include the sale of Mobile2win China to Walt Disney and Mobile2win India to Norwest Venture Capital.

Mr Dhilin Mehta is the person who capacitates behind Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd.
Dhilin Mehta was born on March 17, 1982 in Mumbai, India. He did his Bachelors in Commerce from University of Bombay and Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from MET Institute of Management, Mumbai.
He completed his MBA (Finance) from MET Institute of Management, Mumbai in the year 2004-05. Soon after that he started working on his passion - "FILMS" for which he joined the Board of Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision as a Director on April 01, 2002 and started taking active interest in Shree Ashtavinayak's day to day operations.
Dhilin Mehta implemented the integrated production, distribution and exhibition model gradually and convinced the Board to move up with the film production business. He worked hard to induct a professional talent into his company, as to make him walk successfully in the era of competition. He also believed that one step towards corporatisation could bring enormous positive changes not only in the film making business of Shree Ashtavinayak; but also across the industry as a whole. In May 2004, the company entered into the distribution business of films produced under other banner to achieve vertical integration.
He took a lead in cautiously devising budgets, production plans and overall financial strategies of the company. He set moderate targets initially and came out with detailed business plans. He tried to fill in the lacunae hitherto other film production or distribution houses were lacking. Dhilin believed that not only financial prudence but strict project planning could ensure the film project financially viable. As a businessman, he tried to challenge the hitherto accepted notion that the film making was a risky business.
The company marked success in the areas of production, distribution and exhibition under the leadership of Dhilin. The result is much evident that the company has successfully distributed about 30-35 big and moderate budget movies in the past and produced 13 films.
Today, Shree Ashtavinayak is a lucrative reflection of the vibrant and dynamic actions which Mr Dhilin Mehta has enthrusted. Actively engaged in bringing power pack entertainment to audiences, ranging from thrillers to comedies and romance, SACVL, under leadership of Dhilin Mehta is one of the most aggressively growing companies in its field.

Sanjay Puri - Moderator Founder and President of the Alliance for US India Business Alliance (AUSIB)
Sanjay Puri is a recognized authority on US-India relations. Mr. Puri is the Chairman of the US India Political Action Committee (USINPAC), a national, bipartisan political action committee representing over 2 million Indian Americans. USINPAC works closely with Members of the US Congress of both parties, as well as the administration, to ensure that the community’s concerns are addressed.
Mr. Puri is also the founder and President of the Alliance for US India Business Alliance (AUSIB). AUSIB is dedicated to strengthening economic ties between the US and India. He formed a Congressional Taskforce on US-India investment and trade relations comprising of key lawmakers in the U.S. Congress.Mr. Puri regularly leads delegations of business and political leaders to India. He is a frequent public speaker on US-India relations and the political impact of the Indian American community. He has been recently featured in The New York Times, The Washington Times, on National Public Radio (NPR), the Public Broadcast Service (PBS), CNN and Nightline. Mr. Puri also has been at the forefront of working with the US Congress to further the US India Energy Security relationship and in building strong ties between US and Indian entrepreneurs, policy makers and technologists in the area of Renewable Energy. He has extensive expertise in the area of US Government funding for renewable energy projects world wide through USAID and OPIC. As President of AUSIB, he hosted the first ever US Congressional India Renewable Energy Conference to be held on Capitol Hill.
Mr. Puri is the Founder and CEO of Optimos Incorporated, an information technology company located in Chantilly, Virginia. Before founding Optimos, Mr. Puri worked at the World Bank. He received his MBA in Finance from the George Washington University School of Business.Top
