The Harvard Business School Asian American Alumni Association (HBS 4A Club) serves over 1,000 graduates of HBS who represent a unique part of the nation's Asian-American leadership experience. Founded in 2003, the HBS4A was the first Asian-American alumni club from a top MBA program. HBS4A's constituents live and work in the United States yet come from diverse ethnic groups with origins in pan-Asian countries including, but not limited to China, India, Taiwan, Nepal, Philippines, Japan, Korea, Singapore and Hong Kong. Asian Americans are one of the fastest growing minority groups in the country. Furthermore, individuals of Asian descent now comprise over 20% of the student body at HBS and are an increasingly influential voice in the greater HBS community and beyond.
